The Workforce Investment Board of Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties is a not-for-profit organization with a 40-member board representing business, education and the community. The WIB sets regional workforce development strategy for the 20-partner Working Solutions consortium, which operates four Working Solutions Centers.
